Huset welcomes Jonna Saarinen!

Jonna Saarinen is one of our new designers and we love her beautiful prints and patterns!

She was born in Finland but moved to London in 1988 and studied at Central St. Martins College of Art and Design, specializing in screen printing. She says “‘Most of my work is inspired by growing up by the sea in Finland, playing in the forest and spending summers with my grandmother who thought it was quite alright to wear high heels and woolly socks. I like childlike playfulness and mix&matching in design, and also in pattern. My favorite kind of pattern would be any one that makes me smile!’
