Returns + Cancellation


In most cases, customers have 21 days from date of invoice to return for a full refund, any unwanted merchandise that is unused, unworn, unwashed, free of defects and in its original packaging, if applicable. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt. Huset reserves the right to apply re-stocking fees for substantial orders, furniture, lighting and electronics, which will be deducted from your refunded price. For return requests made after 21 days, the return may be declined or in special circumstances, returned for store credit.

All returns must be pre-authorized through our store. Please contact our store at with your name, order number, details on the items and reasons for their return. You will receive an email with return instructions within 3 business days of your request. If an item is returned to us without prior authorization, it may be subject to a restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Your refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.


Returns are accepted on all items except: special orders, sale items, polycarbonate items and dinnerware, cups, and other food related items. Any bedding items that have been opened are non-refundable. All items that are drop shipped directly from our vendors and returned will not be refunded for shipping fees. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. International returns do not qualify for returns on original shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders for in stock merchandise may be canceled within 24 hours (1 business day) for a full refund. Special orders and back ordered merchandise may be canceled within 48 hours (2 business days) for full refund. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a 25% cancellation and restocking fee.
