Swedese Lamino Chair
“To have made one good chair maybe isn’t such a bad lifetime accomplishment” - Swedese Founder, Yngve Ekström
The Lamino chair has been produced by skilled craftsmen in Vaggeryd, Småland, Sweden since 1956, producing more than 300,000 chairs in 70 years. With its clean, uncluttered lines and incredibly comfortable sheepskin back and seat, the Lamino chair and footstool has all the hallmarks of a modern classic. It's perhaps the best-known creation of Yngve Ekstrom for Swedese, and over the years it has won prizes for its clarity and simplicity of form.
