Established in 2017 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba and business partner Bo Sten Hansen, they pioneered a unique beverage category that blends Nordic innovation with Asian tea traditions. Sparkling Tea BLÅ starts out with delicate aromas of Jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. This is followed by a round taste from the careful selection of white teas and accompanied by good complexity and depth from the green teas. It ends in a long finish joined by comfortable tannins created by the Darjeeling First Flush. The color is light green with yellow nuances. BLÅ is based on a careful selection of 13 organic teas, which are brewed at different temperatures and time intervals. The blend is combined in one bottle, together with a small base of grape must and a dash of lemon juice.

Ingredients: water, black tea (Jasmine, Darjeeling), white tea, green tea, herbal tea leaves, grape juice, lemon juice, natural aromas, CO2, and citric acid.

LYSEGRØN presents a captivating medley of aromas, including citrus, green tea, minerality, and crisp apples. On the palate, this sparkling tea exhibits a lively and elegant character, featuring notes of citrus, lemon grass, Earl Green Sencha, and a subtle essence of orange peel. The layers of flavor within LYSEGRØN conclude with a memorable Darjeeling tea and green apple finish, all showcased in its clear appearance with delicate green undertones.

The perfect alcohol-free alternative to a rosé. LYSERØD is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, yet still smooth and round in taste. You will experience intense aromas of red berries and red apples. A complex and comfortably dry taste follows, thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with hints of blackberries and hibiscus. It’s all balanced by the smooth Silver Needle white tea and finished with light, bitter fruity notes. The color is a light pink rosé.
